December 14th 2009 - Welcome back.  I know it’s been a long time since the site has been updated.  I know I’ve apologized for the lack of updates in the past so I’ll just say I’m sorry again and hope that you know that I mean it.

I wanted to take some time to say thank you.  On November 1st I had the amazing opportunity to participate in the 40th running of the New York City Marathon. This was particularly meaningful as November 1st is the 3 year anniversary of my moving to New York.  I cannot stress enough how truly amazing the entire experience was.  Everything for the training (which I should have been better about) to the fundraising shows, going back to Indiana, everyones involvement...simply amazing.  Then there’s the race itself. Check back on the blog page as I’ll talk a bit about it if you want to read it.  Honestly, I couldn’t have done it without you.  Whether it was your donations for Team for Kids in my name, or your words of encouragement, it meant the world to me.  And those moments during the race that proved to be the toughest, it was all of the motivation that everyone gave me that helped me power through it.  In the end I finished the marathon in 5 hours and 9 minutes on the dot.  Next year, maybe I’ll shave a half an hour off of it.

But, once again, I couldn’t have done it without the help of Team for Kids for allowing me to run for such an wonderful organization, and you for helping to make that happen.  Now that the race is over, and I’ve recovered it’s time to start booking some shows!
